About the Founder


Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across nearly every corner of product development, technology, and transformation. I’ve built software, led teams, coached executives, and helped organizations shift how they think—not just how they work.

I’m driven by systems, not silos. I care more about the why behind the work than the labels attached to it. I see culture as something that emerges from consistent practice, not something you paste on a wall. And I believe the best leaders are those who stay curious, grounded, and always evolving.

I’ve coached Agile teams in highly-regulated environments. I’ve formed and mentored new product and platform teams - helping teams of teams work together productively across structural silos. I’ve guided many different types of organizations through cycles of change and growth within Public Safety, Finance & Banking, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Energy, and Logistics. I’ve supported innovation labs and grassroots community initiatives to encourage and inspire the next generation. And through it all, I’ve learned that real progress is layered—and it requires structure and softness, discipline and dialogue.

That’s why I built nLevels—to give people a clear, adaptable way to map growth, surface what matters, and take the next best step with confident intention.

This is the culmination of years of learning, testing, iteration, and collaboration. But it’s also just the beginning.
